Last updated: 14 October 2026
This page is for Tunado: Car Wrap & Rims AI, the Android app by fida.pk.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Tunado.
- Go to Settings > Your data.
- Tap Delete my account and data, then Delete everything.
It happens at once, for every account: signed in with Google, with an email and password, or not signed in.
On the web, if you signed in with Google

Deleting your data…
Your Tunado account and data are deleted. If the app is still on a phone, it will start fresh the next time you open it.
Your request is received. We'll delete your Tunado data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
If you signed in with an email and password, or never signed in
These accounts can't be deleted from this page yet. Use the in-app option above. If you can't, email fidaktk@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Tunado data:
- Email account: send it from the email address you sign in to Tunado with, so we know the request is yours.
- Not signed in: include your Account ID (Tunado > Settings > Your data, tap to copy).
- A Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) also works for accounts that bought something.
We delete the data and reply within 30 days.
If you no longer have the app, your scans are deleted after 7 days and your looks after 90 days automatically. An account without Google or a verified email that holds no credits, Pro or purchases is deleted automatically after 12 months without activity.
What is deleted
- Your credits, Pro status and credit history
- Your looks and their pictures, including shared copies with blurred plates
- Your scans: your photos and the car outlines made from them
- Your notification token
- Your Tunado sign-in account
What is kept, and why
- Purchase records (Google Play order number, product, amount, date), with your account ID and email removed: for refunds, accounting and so a purchase is never credited twice.
- A one-way hash of the phone's device key (Android's ID for Tunado on that phone) and how many free results it used, for 12 months, so free results can't be taken again by deleting the account. It contains no name, email or account ID.
- The email-account cap record: the hashed device key and one-way hashes of the email addresses signed in on that phone, for 12 months, so the limit on email accounts per phone can't be reset by deleting accounts. Hashes only, for abuse limits only, never for ads or tracking.
- Failed free-result checks (hashed IDs only) for up to 30 days.
- Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. They contain no photos.
Deleted accounts and the purchases on them can't be brought back. More detail: privacy policy.
